This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom townhouse is located on the exclusive community of Solterra and will sleep up to 10 guests in comfort. The open plan design features a fully equipped kitchen that has granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four. The kitchen overlooks the main dining table that seats eight and the living room that features a sofa and large flat screen TV and looks out through the sliding doors onto the pool deck. There a loft room upstairs with pool table and TV. The bedrooms consist of two king rooms, one located on the ground floor with a bathroom next door and the second is ensuite and located upsatirs, a queen ensuite room, a twin room and a childrens Toy Story themed bunk room! All the bedrooms have TVs and there is Wifi available throughout the home for guests to use. Outside you will find your own south west facing splash pool and furnished pool deck that overlook conservation. There is also a small furnished lanai for shade from the sun and outdoor dining.
