 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was our second holiday booked via Andy. We travelled on the Celebrity Apex Norwegian Fjords Cruise for 8 nights. Andy's knowledge about the cruise was second to none! No question was left unanswered. We sailed from Southampton to Bergen, Geiranger, Olden, Flam and Bruges We have cruised with MSC previously and enjoyed it but my word Celebrity was something else. Andy supported us planning our itinerary and made recommendations on how to do everything productively and within our budget. What helped was Andy had experienced a similar cruise and knew the ports and gave us lots of advice about each port - prior to booking. The food, service, entertainment on the ship was fantastic. Gareth Oliver, silent disco, nights in the club. Art gallery there is so much to do on the ship. The whole experience was amazing and the photos will not do the cruise justice. We tried reindeer hot dog in Bergen (street food). After a trip up in the cable car. We saw rain, sleet, snow and sunshine 🌞 all in one day and it truly was magical! Geiranger- waterfall trails 👣 and local beer 🍺 and a local fish cake. Olden - had a potter around and bought a troll and a cheese slice - this was a tender port and very well organised on and off the ship, using the magic carpet. Flam - we tried some street food before travelling on the Flam railway 🛤 what an experience and so much history. You can also zip wire back down but we stayed on the train!! (Zip wire or bike hire needs to be pre booked, like the train as is popular) there is also a local brewery worth a visit. The train station is a 5 min walk from the port so no need to book via cruise line. Bruges- we have had a port day here previous. We got the tram then train into Bruges from the port and went chocolate shopping before sampling the beer 🍺 😀 you can also book taxi via bolt or uber which is also not expensive. We paid around £20 for 2 in total using public transport. The food on celebrity was fantastic great dining experience. We also booked Le petite chef which was a good experience - we booked this prior to cruise so paid around £48 each in the sale. Was a great experience but the food was no different to the restaurants, but the experience was worth it, something different. The whole experience from start to finish was totally amazing and a huge thanks to Andy who supported us to have the best adventure!

Andy at Pillingers not only rearranged our flights at short notice, but went one better, and managed to get us an extra day from the holiday company.  He also arranged our visa's. The holiday with company Wendy Wu was excellent, ( as ever - we've travelled with this company many times), but even so, it's reassuring to know that Pillingers are always in the background, making sure every detail has been checked, and are always there to help, even when you're abroad. We wholeheartedly recommend Pillingers .They are knowledgeable and experienced, very pleasant to deal with, and nothing is too much trouble.

Gavin and team provide an excellent service and that’s why I have booked with them every time I have travelled for several years now. They’re easy to deal with, friendly service and always find the best deals. You also always have that piece of mind, that if anything does go wrong, you know you have a company that will do everything to fix the issue. I recommend them to friends and family, as you know you get a quality service off them.
