Solterra - 10 Bedroom 8 Bathroom Villa with Pool, Spa, Games Room & WiFi
This luxury 10 bedroom villa is located on the community of Solterra and will sleep up to 16 adults and 4 children due to the home having childrens bunk beds. This huge villa would be ideal for a large group or families. The open plan, fully equipped kitchen has luxury granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for five. The kitchen overlooks the dining table that seats twelve and the main living area that features sofas and flat screen TV. There are 2 large sliding doors that lead out onto the pool deck. There is a second living area located upstairs on the landing that has a sofa and TV. the games room is loctaed in the garage and features a pool table, air hockey and a football table. Wifi is available for guests to use. The bedrooms consist of three king ensuite rooms, five queen rooms, two are ensuite, and two childrens bunk rooms. All the bedrooms have TV's. Outside you will find your own pool, spa and furnished pool deck with a conservation view. There is also a large, shaded lanai for respite from the sun or outdoor dining.
