This 9 bedroom villa is located on the new, upscale community of Solara and will sleep up to 18 guests in comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar that seats six. The kitchen overlooks the main living area, which has a large corner sofa and flat screen TV, and also the dining table that seats ten. There is a pool table located on the ground floor by the main living area. Upstairs on the landing you will find a cinema/movie area with large projection screen and eight cinema style chairs, perfect for movie night! The games room is located in the garage and has a football table, air hockey and ping pong table. Wifi is available for guests to use throughout the home. The bedrooms consist of three king rooms, three queen rooms and three twin rooms which are Disney, Star Wars and Marvel themed. Outside you will find your own pool, spa, furnished pool deck and furnished lanai for respite from the sun and al fresco dining! The pool deck backs onto a fence for extra privacy.
