This 6 bedroom 5 bathroom villa is located on the golfing community of Providence and will sleep 10 adults and 2 children due to the home having a childrens bunk room. The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar that seats two guests and a breakfast nook for four. The kitchen overlooks the main dining table that seats ten and the main living area that has a corner sofa, chairs, TV and looks out through the sliding doors onto the pool deck. There is a second living area with sofas and TV. The games room is located in the garage and has a pool table, air hockey and ping pong. The bedrooms consist of two king ensuite rooms, one is located on the ground floor, two queen rooms, one is ensuite, a twin ensuite room and a childrens bunk room. Outside you will find your own pool, spa and furnished pool deck that overlooks a lake. There is also a furnished lanai for shade from the sun and out door dining!

Providence
Providence is located in the Davenport area and is approximately a 25 minute drive away from Walt Disney World Maingate. The main attraction of this luxury gated resort is the Providence Golf and Country Club. The golf clubhouse includes a pro shop, lounge and restaurant. Guests will also find flood lit tennis facilities, a lap pool for exercising and a resort-style communal pool complete with a lounge area for socialising surround the clubhouse. There is also a fitness and aquatic centre with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and an activity room for aerobic classes. Plenty of walking and biking trails are available throughout the community. Providence is a newly built community.
