Providence - 5 Bedroom 4.5 Bathroom Villa with South Facing Pool & WiFi
This Providence home will sleep up to 10 people, has its own private pool, and has access to resort-style amenities. The living room is large, spacious, and bright. It has a large L-shaped sofa, tiled flooring, and a flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching your favorite movies on. The kitchen has modern appliances, granite countertops, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets. The breakfast bar or the dining area are next to the kitchen. Walk through the glass patio doors in the living room/dining area, and you’ll step foot into the south facing pool area. It’s screened in to keep those pesky bugs out and has a large, refreshing pool for everyone to cool off in. There is some outdoor seating under a lanai.There are 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two twin/single beds in each.

Providence
Providence is located in the Davenport area and is approximately a 25 minute drive away from Walt Disney World Maingate. The main attraction of this luxury gated resort is the Providence Golf and Country Club. The golf clubhouse includes a pro shop, lounge and restaurant. Guests will also find flood lit tennis facilities, a lap pool for exercising and a resort-style communal pool complete with a lounge area for socialising surround the clubhouse. There is also a fitness and aquatic centre with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and an activity room for aerobic classes. Plenty of walking and biking trails are available throughout the community. Providence is a newly built community.
