This spacious, Champions Gate home has plenty to offer with its tasteful furniture and bright/airy decor. The open plan living room features a large sectional sofa and comfy armchair which is perfect for the entire family to relax and enjoy, especially after a long day at the theme parks. Enhancing that experience is a 75” smart TV along with a crystal clear soundbar. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need to make your family meals in the comfort of your own space. There are ample seating options for eating with 10 seats at the dining table and an additional 4 at the kitchen island. There is even an available kids table with 4 chairs for the little ones. Off from the kitchen to the rear of the home is the King master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom. The bedroom features a 55-inch SmartTV. The bathroom features double sink with large shower. There is also a door to access the pool area. At the front of the home there is a Queen bedroom with 55” SmartTV with a full bathroom adjacent to it and a dedicated enclosed games room. The games room has two wall mounted retro arcade games, foosball table, a large connect 4 game, a dart board (plastic tips) and pub table with chairs adjacent your wall mounted SmartTV. Upstairs you will find the second King master bedroom with a double sink ensuite bathroom and a large soaking tub to relax after a long day. There is also a shower separate from the tub. This bedroom features a work desk with monitor allowing you a quiet space to attend work or school duties if needed. There are two kids themed bedrooms. The “LEGO” room has two twin beds while the “TOY STORY” room features a set of bunk beds (twin over double). Each room also has it own SmartTV. To compliment these rooms are a further two full bathrooms including one with a Disney inspired theme to allow the children to enjoy “bath time”. The upstairs den has a sectional sofa with two “rumble” chairs. There is a 55” SmartTV with soundbar as well for even more entertainment.
